2. Composition of the Electric Tricycle Food Truck

This electric tricycle is a battery-driven mobile beer cart designed for convenience and efficiency. The front cabin accommodates the driver, while the rear cabin supports up to 500KG of equipment and products. The tricycle operates using a 1.5–2.2KW motor that drives three wheels for stable forward or reverse movement.

The rear compartment includes:

  • Workbench

  • Small food preparation equipment

  • Storage solutions

Its compact size makes the electric tricycle ideal for parks, events, markets, and commercial areas where larger vehicles cannot enter.

3. Driving Battery Instructions and Precautions

Charging Instructions

  • Charging time: 8–10 hours

  • Driving range per charge: 40–50 km (depending on load, temperature, and road conditions)

Battery of the electric tricycle connection must follow professional standards. Each terminal must be firmly tightened using a screwdriver to avoid sparking or connector damage.

4. Interior of the Rear Compartment

Inside the rear cabin of the electric tricycle, you will find:

  • Space for 6 × 20L beer kegs or 4 × 20+20L kegs

  • Electronic control system

  • 2 power sockets

  • Gas bottle

  • 6 beer taps

5. Power System of the Electric Tricycle

We offer multiple socket types based on customer country requirements.
The electric tricycle supports both 110V and 220V charging systems.

Before charging:

  1. Install an anti-leakage air switch at the charging cable front end.

  2. Use a dedicated charging line.

  3. Connect battery terminals according to the wiring diagram.

Turn off the internal air switch before charging.

6. Safety and Warning Guidelines

When charging the electric tricycle, always check that battery connectors are secure. Poor connection can cause overheating or fire.

Warnings

  • Never charge in corridors or areas where people stay.

  • The top of the food truck must be covered—do not charge in the rain.

  • If charging produces smoke or fire, disconnect power immediately.

  • Clean oxidized battery terminals with sandpaper before reconnecting.

Charging before the battery is fully depleted helps extend battery life.

7. Emergency Treatment

If the electric tricycle battery smokes or sparks:

  1. Cut off the power supply immediately.

  2. Inspect each terminal.

  3. Remove blackened oxidation materials.

  4. Contact us or the battery supplier for further guidance.

8. Driving Speed and Legal Use

This electric tricycle is not a road-legal transportation vehicle.

  • Max speed: < 30 km/h

  • Not allowed on expressways or major traffic roads

Before operating the electric tricycle, confirm local regulations.
