How long will it take for my product to be delivered?

Our food trucks are large items and can only be delivered by sea. The arrival date of goods in different countries varies. When you place an order, we will inform you of the sea transportation time from China to your nearest port.

Standard delivery: 25-30 working days (sea transportation)

How much is the freight?

Our freight is based on the accurate quotes of major shipping companies. We do not make a profit from freight. You can also designate your own freight forwarder to be responsible for transporting your goods.

Delivery Method?

There are three sea transportation methods for our food trucks: 1. Food trucks with a length of less than 4 meters are shipped in wooden boxes, and they will be charged at the destination port. 2. Food trucks with a length of less than 5.8 meters are shipped in 20Foot containers. 3. Food trucks with a length of more than 5.8 meters are shipped in 40Foot containers.

What are the delivery methods?

Our delivery methods include FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU.

When the goods are shipped, is there a tracking number?

Yes. When the goods are shipped, you can check the itinerary of the goods on the shipping company's website with the container number. We will track the transportation of the goods until the goods arrive at your home.
