Refund Policy


Our food trailers are large, customized products. They are designed and put into production after the customer's request. Food trucks do not support returns. If there are quality problems with the parts and internal equipment of the food trucks, they can be refunded or compensated or replaced with new accessories within 360 days. Please be sure to read this refund policy carefully.

Damage and Problems


Please check your order immediately after receiving it. If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and deal with it.
All goods are purchased with freight insurance. Once the above situation occurs, our company and the insurance company will solve it together to protect the rights and interests of customers with the greatest strength.

Exceptions/Non-returnable goods


Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized goods (such as special orders or personalized goods), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific products, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your existing item and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

Returns


Please send us an email at Grace@hanyifoodcart.com. Send the returned item to our mailing address after we verify it.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason without valid reason within 14 days. Your item must be in the same condition you received it in, with the original packaging, as stated above. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If a refund is approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
